If you are given an error message when using the Arabic reports update above you shall need to download an image file. Please click on the image below. This shall take you to a new page with the image displayed at the top. Please right click on this image and choose to save it. Please save this image to the images folder in your GeneSys folder. This folder is normally located in the C drive of your computer under program files. Please do not change the name of this image file.
