Norm Groups

To make use of these norm groups chose from the list on the right and follow the instructions on how to install them for your GeneSys system:

Installing the norm groups located below:

• Firstly select the desired norm group to download.
• Please right-click on the title of the norm group to download.
• In the right-click menu that appears please select save target as...... option.
• Then please select an easy to find location and name the norm file with a unique file name such as 15FQ+ Arabic First Language Norm.
• Once you have saved all norm files you would like to install to your GeneSys system please open up GeneSys and log in to the system.
• Once in the system please click on the data management button.
• Once on this screen please click on the drop down box below the title of import from and select the option titled Genesys Norm File (.gsn)
• Once this is selected please go to the list located below and locate the folder where the norm files were saved.
• After locating the folder where the norm files are saved the button titled Import should have lighted up and become coloured in.
• Please click on this button and a list of all the norm groups should be displayed that can be imported. Unfortunately all norms have to be imported separately. Therefore please select the first norm group to be imported and click the select button. The norm group should then be imported directly into your system. Please continue to do this until all norm groups have been selected and imported.
